Do you sell directly to the public? 

We do sell directly to the public, right here on this site! Have a look at our products page and put your order in.  

 

How do I become a Retailer/Stockist of Lifetime Lighting products? 

Yay! We would love you to become a stockist!

Please see the Trade Pricing tab on the main menu and submit all the relevant documents. 

 

What is your lead time? 

All of our products are made to order and are hand-made. Our standard delivery time is 15 working days, but this can be longer depending on what is currently in the production pipeline and the size of your order.

We commit to getting your order delivered to your door within 30 days of placing your order.  

 

What does it mean to sign in / save my details? And do I have to set up an account? 

Sign-In is a feature offered by us to make your Checkout process quicker and easier, however it is not compulsory and you can process your order without logging in. 

 

What are the benefits to signing up?

You can view your order history and set up multiple delivery addresses. 

 

I've forgotten my password, what do I do?

On the login page click "Forgotten password". Enter your email address and we will send you a link where you will be able to create a new password. 
Once a new password is created, you will be able to login to your account.

 

Am I able to amend my order once it's submitted?

Yes, we will try to accommodate changes as best we can. Generally, as long as the order has not yet gone into production, we should be able to change it. 

Please get hold of a salesman as soon as possible, to have the greatest chance of making changes, and minimising delays. 

 

Are prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT?

All prices on the Lifetime Lighting Online website are VAT inclusive.

 

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes. There is an opportunity for you to enter the delivery address details on the address page of the Checkout.
However, if you are registered with Lifetime Lighting Online, you can add additional addresses to your account. 

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, of course. Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with a courier link and your unique tracking number. Your parcel will be delivered by Triton Express or one of their third party delivery companies.
